CONSTITUTION:The punch 1 and the die 2 in opposition combined with a laser beam machining head 10 receive the rotation of the hollow ball screws 11 by ball screw nuts 7 on linear guides 6 and move in parallel in an opposite state. The temperatures of said hollow ball screws 11 rise by the rotating friction with the ball screw nuts 7 and the ball screws 11 elongate respectively and the elongation is different respectively and the variation difference takes place on the clearance between the punch 1 and the die 2. For this reason, the cooling medium is circulated through the hollow ball screws 11 via a heat exchanger 12, by which the temperature-rise elongation is prevented or the elongation difference is eliminated and the clearance variation is eliminated and the stable punching can be performed.
