かゝるものではその給水に際し該バルブを一旦手
動で開いた後、次で手動で閉じるが、その閉じる
迄の間使用者は、例えば冬季屋外で2分程度その
まゝ待機するを要し、面倒である不都合を伴う。
又、水タンク内の水位の低下で自動的に給水する
ようにすることも考えられるが、これによれば洩
水で水位が低下した場合にも自動的に給水され
て、洩水の発見が遅れてしまう不都合を伴う。

3内に、前記した熱交換器6及びバーナ7とは別
個に、給湯用の熱交換器11及びバーナ12を備
え、その上側に共通の排気ダクト13を備えるよ
うにした。図面で14は暖房水循環用のポンプ、
15は水タンク5内の水位の所定の低水位への低
下を検出する水位スイツチを示し、該スイツチ1
5により図示しない給水表示ランプを点灯させる
ようにした。該定量止水式のバルブ10は、例え
