Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an exothermic temperature to be maintained at a constant level without providing a temperature sensor by forming a conduction pattern with a conductive paste in which a thermoplastic resin is made to be a binder material applied to a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A conductive pattern 12 is made to be fixed to a substrate 10, the pattern 12 is formed with a conductive paste 11 in which the bulk material of a conductive material is dispersed to the binder material of a thermoplastic resin applied to a substrate 10 and with a solvent component made to be evaporated. When voltage is applied in between both ends of a conduction pattern 12, a heat ray emission of an extreme infrared radiation region suitable to heating, etc., is obtained. This enables an electric current value to be controlled and an exothermic temperature maintained at a constant level by a temperature dependency of a cohesive force of a thermoplastic resin included in the pattern 12.
