Claims (1)
- 冷却シリンダの前面に設けたフリーザドアの下
面に形成した冷菓取出口の下方に固設した上面開
口のドレン容器と、該容器の底部に接続した排水
管を備えて成る冷菓製造装置において、前記冷却
シリンダの洗浄時は、冷却シリンダ内部の洗浄水
を排水するために、前記取出口と前記排水管の間
を連通状態にするように配設される連通管と、製
品の販売時は、前記ドレン容器の上面開口を閉塞
するように配設される受皿を設けたことを特徴と
する冷菓製造装置。
