Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase pressure loss at a part near an outlet of a thermal conducting pipe and prevent a reversing of pressure between an inlet water chamber and an outlet water chamber by a method wherein holding portions are formed by extending an end part of each of the thermal conducting pipes to which a water chamber located below is adjacent and then a metering structure is provided for each of the holding portions. CONSTITUTION:Holding portions 14 are formed which are extended downwardly from each of ends of thermal conducting pipes 7 adjacent to an outlet water chamber 8. The holding portions 14 are formed with threaded portions 15 having male tapered threads at their outer circumferential portions. A reference numeral 16 indicates a plug-like member acting as a metering structure to be fixed to a threaded part 15 of each of holding part 14. An inner surface of the plug-like member 16 is provided with a female threaded and tapered part and then is provided with a threaded hole 17. The threaded part 15 is engaged with the threaded hole 27 and then installed at the holding part 14. A central part of each of the plug-like members 16 is provided with a slot, respectively. Liquid naphtha supplied from a spray nozzle 4 to the inlet water chamber 5 is guided to each of the thermal conducting pipes 7 together with accompanying gas, heated by a heating gas flowing outside the thermal conducting pipe and then flows out to the outlet water chamber 8 as fuel gas. At this time, a reduced flow is generated at a fine hole of the plug-like member 16 having a narrow flow passage and then a pressure loss is generated.
