Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a conveyer easily controlled in its conveying speed and stop position with less generation of dust or the like by providing a motion element having a head part which swivels in longitudinal and vertical directions by a vertical motion in a leg part. CONSTITUTION:When showing height of a front side leg part A by X coordinates and height of a rear side leg part B by Y coordinates, in a start end position M, the height of the front side leg part A is placed in the highest position in a vertical moving range, while the height of the rear side leg part B is placed in the vicinity of the lower limit in the moving range. From this condition, when gradually lowering the leg part A and lifting the leg part B, a head part C advances in a direction F, but here both the front and rear leg parts are controlled in their motion in such a manner as preventing the head part C from changing its height. As the result, a locus I in a feed side obtains a horizontal straight line. In this X-Y coordinates, values of X, Y can be changed so that the feed locus I obtains the horizontal straight line or the head part C moves in a fixed speed from beginning to end. Juxtaposing a large number of such obtained motion elements 1, a conveyer is obtained.
