Claims (1)
- 台盤の上面に立設された左右一対の支柱に沿つ
て垂直に昇降する包丁により、前記台盤の上面に
位置する受座に載置された食料品を裁断する食料
品用カツターにおいて、前記支柱にはその立設方
向に沿つて前記包丁が上下動可能な案内溝を設け
、上方よりこの案内溝に沿わせて前記包丁を挿入
し、この包丁が所定の位置に保持されるよう前記
包丁を吊下げ支持する弾性部材を前記支柱内に配
置係止し、かつ各支柱の上端部には、各支柱間に
補強用の梁を懸け渡して配設するとともに、この
梁と一体に前記包丁の両側面を覆う保護カバーを
突き出し形成したことを特徴とする食料品用カツ
ター。
