    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加工用の電極をトーチ本体の軸芯端部に支持し
    、有底状の軸芯部に搾設孔を有する導電性のチツ
    プで、前記電極を電気絶縁的かつ同軸的に覆い、
    少なくとも前記電極とチツプとの間の流路に作動
    ガスを供給するための作動ガス供給手段を備えた
    プラズマアークトーチにおいて、前記チツプの搾
    設孔よりも大径の軸方向の貫通孔を有するセラミ
    ツクスよりなる先端部材と、前記チツプの先端部
    とを支持用テープにより一体的に配設してしてな
    るプラズマアークトーチ。
