Claims (1)
- 絞り成形した薄鋼板製のワークの周縁部に位置
する不要部分を、下型のトリミングダイとこれに
外嵌する上型のトリミングカツタによつて切除す
るようにしたトリミング金型装置において、トリ
ミングカツタの内側に沿つて、先端面が該トリミ
ングカツタから僅かに突出する弾性囲壁を上型下
面に取付けて、該弾性囲壁内に気圧室を形成し、
該気圧室に給気管を連通して加圧空気を供給する
ようにし、ワークを弾性囲壁と気圧室の加圧空気
で押圧するようにしたことを特徴とするトリミン
グ金型装置。
