自在に取付けられるスピーカを内蔵したヘツドレ
スト装置において、前記スピーカが取付けられる
筒状のスピーカボツクスの外周にクツシヨン材を
巻回すると共に、該クツシヨン材の端部を覆う鍔
部が形成された押え板を前記スピーカボツクスの
両端に嵌合し、また、椅子の背凭れに固定された
支持部材内にシヤフトを上下動自在に挿入し、か
つ、該シヤフトの水平部に固定された半月状の取
付金具を前記クツシヨン材を押し潰した状態で前
記押え板の鍔部内に挿入し、前記シヤフトにスピ
ーカボツクスを取付けたことを特徴とするスピー
