Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the drying performance from being made unstable by the effect of the outside air temperature by measuring the value of temperature change per unit time after starting drying process, and controlling the drying process on the basis of the value of temperature change ratio. CONSTITUTION: A temperature detecting element 9 for detecting the atmospheric temperature is provided in a washing tank 1. When a tableware washer is operated and reaches drying process, current-carrying is started simultaneously to a motor 4 and a heater 6. The outside air is mixed with the high temperature air after rinsing process in the washing tank by a blowing fan 5, and the atmospheric temperature in the washing tank 11 is reduced after starting the drying process. When the product machine outside temperature is in low temperature state, the temperature sharply drops after starting the drying process, and in high temperature state, reversely, the temperature change in the washing tank 1 is minimized. The tableware drying performance tends to be better when the product machine outside temperature is in the higher temperature state, so that tableware is excessively dried at high temperature, and the drying is imperfect at low temperature. Thus, the atmospheric temperature change in the washing tank 1 per unit time after starting the drying process is measured to detect the temperature change ratio, whereby a proper tableware drying process control according to the outside air temperature can be set.
