Claims (1)
- 内方端側を大径孔とした電極挿通用の段付孔を
側壁部に貫通して形成してなるセラミツク製の測
定管と、この測定管の内側から前記段付孔内に挿
通されかつその接液端が前記大径孔内に嵌込まれ
る大径フランジとして形成されている電極とを備
え、この電極の大径フランジ外側面の少なくとも
一部を、外向きテーパ面として形成するとともに
、このテーパ面と前記大径孔内周面およびその底
面側の段部との間に形成されるくさび状空間内に
、環状シール材を介在させて設けたことを特徴と
する電磁流量計の電極構造。
