Claims (1)
- 回転軸に同心状に円筒体を固定し、円筒体側周
面にらせん状スリツトを設け、内部に回転軸方向
に回転軸の回転と無関係に光源を収容するととも
に、この円筒体に近接して回転軸に平行で直線状
の光電導体を具え、その両側にそれぞれ抵抗体と
電極を配置する光検知板を設けてなる非接触回転
角検出装置。
