５図及び第６図は夫々先願の発明におけるバンチ
巻解除準備作動を示す図、第７図、第８図及び第
９図は同じく先願の発明におけるバンチ巻解除動
作を示す図、第１０図はパツケージの斜視図、第
１１図は第１０図の正面図である。 図中、１はバンチ巻、１５は糸取溝、１７はす
くい上げロツド、Ｂはボビン、Ｐはパツケージ、
Ｓはスリツトである。

Claims (1)
- ホビン端に形成したスリツトに糸の始端を掛け
止めたのち、バンチ巻きをし、さらにニツプを介
して本巻きを行つて形成したパツケージのバンチ
巻を、その外層の糸を移動してスリツトに掛け止
めた糸の始端をホビン表面に露出させたのち、こ
れを取り出すバンチ巻解除装置において、上記ス
リツトと本巻のニツプ点間のホビン端部に、その
周面に沿つて設けられた糸取溝と、その糸取溝に
先端が嵌入し、その糸取溝を横断する糸を、その
下方からすくい上げてスリツトに掛け止めた糸を
引き出すためのすくい上げロツドとを備えたこと
を特徴とするバンチ巻解除装置。
