Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid the residence of a disinfectant solution and a flushing solution by repeating sending the flushing solution and the disinfectant solution to a filling tank and an aseptic chamber and from the filling tank to the metering section of a filling unit where a piston is positioned at a lower end, and returning to the tank through a pipe furnished with a filling nozzle and a filter. CONSTITUTION: Valves 11, 12 connect a solution feed pipe 10 to pipes 15, 33. By connecting valves 13, 16, 27, 35, a valve 20 of a filling unit D is positioned downward by a push tool 24, and in a state where a piston 22 is positioned at a lower end, a pump P is actuated. The flushing solution and the disinfectant solution in a tank F is fed to a filling tank C through pipes 36, 15, 10, 18, and returned to the tank F through a metering section 23 and a pipe 29, and through a nozzle 26, an aseptic chamber E and a pipe 34. The solution fed from the three-way valve 12 through a pipe 33 disinfects the interior of the aseptic chamber E with a nozzle 32, and then is returned to the tank F through a pipe 3. After solution circulation, a hot aseptic air is passed from an aseptic air supply B through the above-mentioned route, to complete the washing and disfection.
