Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a well-looking adhesion of shrink label package by applying an adhesive to the upper end of the inner peripheral surface of the said cylindrical shrink packaging label against a part of the outer peripheral surface of a subject applied before the shrink label is affixed to the subject. CONSTITUTION:In the adhesion process of a shrink packaging label, to be closely affixed to an applied subject, by covering the subject 2 with the label and contracting it with heat the cylindrical shrink label 1 made of polyolefine film as the base material, an adhesive 5 is applied to a part 4 to be closely affixed, of the upper end 3 of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical shrink packaging label, a part of the outer peripheral surface of the subject before the shrink label 1 is affixed to the subject 2. It is preferable for polyolefine film in use to have a lateral thermal contraction ratio more than 10% at 100 deg.C and for the thickness thereof to be from 10mum to 200mum although it is not specifically limited. It is also preferable for the width of adhesive applied to be within 1mm-15mm, when applied in a belt, and for the thickness of the adhesive to be 5-200mum.
