前記上下二分割部のうちいずれか一方の分割部に
は開閉に必要なワイヤの先端を固定するワイヤ固
定部を、他方の分割部にはそのワイヤをガイドす
るガイドプーリーを、前記ベースの下分割部には
駆動原に連結されて前記ワイヤを巻取るために回
転駆動可能な巻取りプーリーを備えたことを特徴
