Claims (1)
内燃機関の動弁機構に於いて、吸気バルブの駆動
あるいは吸気バルブと排気バルブの双方の駆動を
コイルに電流を流したときに生じる電磁力による
吸引及び反発力により行う事を特徴とする小形内
燃機関。 (2) 吸気バルブ及び排気バルブの駆動に電磁ソ
レノイドを用い、直接あるいはロツカアーム及び
リンク等を介し間接的に動作させることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲1項記載の小形内燃
機関。 (3) 回転出力軸であるクランクシヤフトの回転
速度を直接あるいは間接的に検出する検出器と、
クランクシヤフトの回転速度により吸気バルブ及
び排気バルブの開閉時期を切り換える制御装置を
備え、少なくとも、クランクシヤフトの回転速度
によつて、クランクシヤフトの角度あるいはピス
トンの上下位置に対する吸気バルブ及び排気バル
ブの開閉時期(開閉タイミング)を可変出来るよ
うにした事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
1項記載の小形内燃機関。 (4) 吸気バルブ及び排気バルブの各々またはい
ずれかを複数個備えた内燃機関に於いて、回転出
力軸であるクランクシヤフトの回転速度を直接あ
るいは間接的に検出する検出装置及び燃料供給あ
るいは流入空気量を制御するためのスロツトルバ
ルブの開閉度合いを検出する検出装置、ならびに
その他の運転動作状況検出装置を備え、少なくと
も、クランクシヤフトの回転速度及びスロツトル
バルブの開閉具合により吸気バルブ及び排気バル
ブの開閉時期(開閉タイミング)を可変するとと
もに、複数の吸気バルブ及び排気バルブの動作数
をも可変する事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲1項記載の小形内燃機関。 (5) 各種の運転動作状況を検出する検出器と、
要求される各種の状況に合わせ調整する制御装置
等を備えた小形内燃機関に於いて、少なくとも、
出力回転軸の回転速度と、スロトルバルブの開閉
度合いと、冷却水温度あるいは周囲温度と、吸気
圧力、そして自動車に用いる場合は車速などを検
出し、総合制御装置により燃料の供給量及び点火
時期あるいは燃料噴射時期を制御すると共に、吸
気バルブの一方あるいは吸気バルブと排気バルブ
双方のバルブ開閉時期(開閉タイミング)及び各
々複数のバルブを有する場合にはその動作数をあ
わせて制御することを特徴とする実用新案登録請
