Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a cord from its power decrease by forming the cord of carcass ply from a polytetramethylene adipamide fiber while coating this cord with a rubber composite blending a bismaleic imide compound. CONSTITUTION:An aircraft tire or the like provides a tread part 1, carcass ply 2, inner liner 3, side rubber outer cover 4, bead core 5, etc. The carcass ply 2 forms a bias structure in which a number of organic fiber cords of rubber coated ply are built in layer being arranged crossing. Here the cord of the carcass ply 2 is formed substantially by polytetramethylene adipamide (4,6-nylon fiber). While this cord is coated with a rubber composite compounding 0.5-8pts. wt. bismaleic imide compound for 100pts.wt. material rubber. By the structure thus obtained, the cord is prevented from its power decrease due to the generation of heat.
