Abstract

PURPOSE:To print a printing pattern correctly at a prearranged position on a work through work registering operation facilitated in a short time by mounting one or two barlike members in a suspended form at any position on the lower surface of a base member installed on a support instead of a transfer pad. CONSTITUTION:In an installation part of a printing plate 21, a bar-like member 34 is attached to the lower surface of a base member 32 mounted to a transfer pad support in such a manner that the lower ends of said bar-like members 34 are directed toward the prearranged reference registering points P1, P2 of a printing pattern 21 formed on the printing plate 21. Next, these bar-like members 34 are horizontally moved to a work installation position with a base member using a transfer pad shifting means. After this, the position of a movable table 23 on which work A is placed is adjusted in such a way that the corresponding reference points Q1, Q2 to be printed to reference registering positions on a surface to be printed of the work A are positioned right below the lower ends of the bar-like members 34. Then the movable table 23 is fixed on the adjusted position.
