Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the heat shrinkage in thermal filling and increase the transparency and strength by deforming thermally a laminated sheet made by laminating a polyallylate on a polyethylene terephthalate to mold a plastic vessel. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet 3 is made through co-extrusion of polyethylene terephthalate 1 and polyallylate 2, by extruding through a feed block 5 and a die 6 from cylinders 4 and 4'. The layer construction of such laminated sheet 3 may be a laminated sheet D-1 having a polyallylate layer 2 between polyethylene terephthalate layers 1 and 1', and the like. Such laminated sheet D-1 is molded by heating to be a plastic vessel. In this manner, a plastic vessel superior in heat resistance and transparency may be obtained.
