Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily unseal a bag at a position different from a heat sealed face by forming a roughened surface part for unsealing of a specific width on a plastic film by a contact type or non-contact type roughened surface forming means before the laminating treatment of a laminate film to be used in a packaging bag material. CONSTITUTION: The roughened surface parts 13, 15 for unsealing, of a specific width are formed on one face of a plastic film by using a contact type or non- contact type roughened surface creating means. This film is laminated on a base film to form a packaging bag material, and this packaging bag material is cut in such manner that the roughened surface parts for unsealing 13, 15 are located on the positions corresponding to the folded parts 21, 22 of a packaging bag 20 to be formed, which comprises the folded part at least at one side thereof. Then the packaging bag material is folded and formed, and the joining edge parts 11 are sealed by heat to form the packaging bag. The bag can be opened by tearing the bag from the roughened surfaces for unsealing 13, 15 formed on the folded parts 21, 22 of the bag, by a hand.
