Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce an electric resistance to '0' at liquid nitrogen temperature or higher without cost increase and to cope with an increase in the frequency of a signal by forming a wiring part containing as a main ingredient samarium- barium-copper oxide in an insulating ceramic, and employing as an insulating ceramic a substance containing as a main ingredient quartz glass-borosilicate glass. CONSTITUTION:As an insulating ceramic material, a mixture of quartz glass powder and borosilicate glass powder is employed, a wiring part is made of a substance which contains as a main ingredient samarium-barium-copper oxide superconductor, and the wiring part is formed in an insulating ceramic. The wiring part of multilayered ceramic wiring board is transferred into a superconducting state at liquid nitrogen temperature or below, its electric resistance is reduced to '0', thereby decreasing its cost.
