Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a navigation control by providing an altitude setting means by which an altitude range of an upper limit and lower limit is set and a target deciding means which discards the target data within said fan-shaped region and within said altitude range to a titled device. CONSTITUTION:A target detector 11 digitizes a video signal 1, detects the data on the target included in said video signal 1 as target data and feeds the data to a target data decision circuit 21. The target data decision circuit inputted with the target data 4 is inputted with the magnetic bearing and distance data 2 from a region setting circuit 10 in which the magnetic bearing and distance are set. The circuit is also inputted with altitude data 3 from an altitude setting circuit 20 where the altitude range is set. Only the target data off said range is then outputted as transmission target data 5. The limitation is thus added to the space not needed for the control and the target data of the airplanes passing the sky around the airfield or the airplanes flying at the altitude except the training air area is not discarded, by which the perfect control is maintained with the entire truly necessary area.
