Abstract
PURPOSE: To maintain the order of a sales promotion stamp system by limiting stamped number of sheets data stored in each stamp card of customers within a range of stamped number of sheets transferred from a master card so as to prevent a limitless data output. CONSTITUTION: When a customer-use saver card (S) is inserted to a card reader 11, the reader 11 reads data in the card and gives the data to a control section 10 when the data are correct. The control section 10 adds stamped number of sheets data converted from a transaction monetary amount to a stamped number of sheets area 10c. The data of the monetary amount and the stamped number of sheet are fed to a POS terminal equipment 2. The terminal equipment 2 prints out the sales monetary amount or the like and the card data. A reader 11 receives the sales monetary amount from the terminal equipment 2 and calculates stamped number of sheets. After the number of sheets data are stored in a storage area of the card S, the number of sheets data are subtracted from the area 10c and the card is returned. The operation above is implemented for every use of the card. Card data in the master card are sent to the equipment 2 and the equipment 2 adds the number data of the card S to the area 10c and journal-prints the result.
