にはそれぞれ半円筒状部分に区分した赤色部と青
色部とがある透明のカバー７を固着するほか、カ
バー７の内部にはその基端寄り部分を除く大部分
に前記赤色部と青色部とが区分されるように区画
板８を設け、更にカバー７の基端部にはランプ５
からの照射光をカバー７における赤色部と青色部
との一方について選択的に遮断するようにシヤツ
ター９を外部から操作することができるように設
