Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive irradiating device of simple constitution for destaticization which has an extremely small irregularity in illuminance by arranging resistance components which constitute a circuit between small light sources and a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The lamps 1 are arranged in parallel at a distance of about 25mm from the surface 6 of the photosensitive body at center intervals of about 21mm and the protection resistors (of 4mm in diameter and 11mm in length) are arranged between the light sources and photosensitive body surface 6 at a distance of 8mm from the lamps 1. Consequently, the protection resistors 2 have light shielding effects and the photosensitive body is irradiated with less direct light and more indirect light from the lamps 1. The illuminance on the photosensitive body surface 6 becomes extremely small in irregularity and the illuminance difference reaches only 8% of the maximum illuminance; and the irradiating device of simple and compact constitution with small irregularity of illuminance is obtained.
