実施例

第3図に、溝形材Wの切断後の状態を示すごと
く、可動の絞り型3は、上型6と下型7とを具
え、下型7には、前記溝形材Wの中片w1を下に
挿入する挿入部9と、その側片w2に幅狭の絞り
部sを形成するための幅狭部10を有し、又下型
7には、第6〜7図に示すごとく、溝形材Wの絞
り部sの端部となる位置を起点として、その背部
を挿入部9の巾寸度迄切欠くことにより、コーナ
部13を形成する。又上型6は、基部11下端
に、前記幅狭部10に進出することにより、その
間で前記絞り部sを形成する成形部12を設ける
とともに、上型6には、前記コーナ部13との間
で、溝形材Wの側片w2を介在させる位置におい
て、基部11から成形部12に小長さ垂下する角
部16が形設される。上型6は、ボルスタ14に
設けるアリ溝15に挿入され、溝形材Wと直交す
る方向に移動しうる。

の各端部に絞り部を形成でき、従来の切断、絞り
を2工程でしかも各端部ごとに行う加工作業に比
べて生産性を大幅に向上できる。また溝形材をシ
ヤーによりシングルカツトするものであるため切
屑の発生がなく、材料の歩留まりを向上でき、か
つ切断面の仕上がりを向上させ、又上型、下型に
角部とコーナ部とを設けているため、絞り部の角
出し精度を向上するなど優れた効果を奏しうる。
