PURPOSE:To offer persons on a vehicle much information timely by displaying various pieces of information on a specific structure on a display device when the vehicle passes by the specific structure. CONSTITUTION:A current position recognizing means 6 recognizes the current position of the vehicle on a map according to the outputs of a current position measuring means 2 and a map information storage means 4. The output of an earth magnetism sensor 10 is inputted to a specific structure deciding means 12 to decide whether or not variation of the earth magnetism is caused by the specific structure and a real position structure specifying means 14 specifies a real position structure according to the output of the means 12. A relative information output instruction means 16 sends an output instruction according to the output of the real position structure specifying means 14 so that information regarding the real position structure is outputted to a display means 8.
