Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the composite laminate excellent in punching quality and the finish of punching by a method in which a prepreg in which the glass cloth base of a specified thickness is impregnated with epoxyresin is laminated on both surfaces of the prepregs of a prescribed number in which a paper base or the glass unwoven cloth base is impregnated with epoxyresin, and then the laminate is integrally compressed under heating and pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:The prepreg in which the glass cloth base of the thickness of 0.025-0.075mm is impregnated with epoxyresin is laminated on both surfaces of one or more prepregs in which a paper base or a glass unwoven cloth base is impregnated with epoxyresin, and thus, a comosite laminate is obtained by compressing integrally said laminate under heating. When the thickness of the glass cloth base is in the range of 0.025-0.057mm, since the crossing of the warp and weft of the glass cloth base 2 is easily burried in the epoxyresin layer 1 of the paper base or the glass unwoven cloth base in the forming under heating and pressurizing, the separation thereby does not occur. Since the thickness of the glass cloth is thin, and the absolute amount of the glass fiber is decreased, the protrusion thereon is reduced and the finish of punching becomes good.
