Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable complete sterilization even in the pipings of a culture apparatus and to effect perfect prevention of contamination of the whole apparatus with sundry germs, by providing a means for judging the sterilization state in the culture apparatus pipings to be sterilized. CONSTITUTION:The culture apparatus is provided with a means for judging the sterilization state in the pipings constituting the culture apparatus and required to be sterilized. The above judging means for sterilization state preferably has the following construction. The temperature in the piping is detected during sterilization, the detected temperature is compared with the preset temperature necessary for the sterilization of the piping and the sterilization state is judged from the compared result.
