Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of a tube and to insert a wire cable into a conduit by bonding a reinforcing material longitudinally on the outer peripheral surface of a tube body. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing material is bonded longitudinally on the outer peripheral surface of a tube body 2 of a tube 1 gadget-folded. This tube 1 is laminated in a vessel 4, its one end 1a is guided from a tube outlet 7 out of the vessel 4, overturned and hermetically secured by fittings 8 to the outer periphery of the outlet 7. Then, when the outlet 7 abuts against the opening of an underground conduit 9 to introduce compressed air from a compressed air inlet 6 into the vessel 4, the end 1a is pressed by the air to be advanced into the conduit 9. Thus, a wire rope is connected to the end of the tube 1 inserted into the conduit 9 to draw the tube 1, thereby inserting the rope into the conduit 9.
