Claims (1)
- レーザー発振器の複数の放電管を同軸に固定配
設させるものにおいて、放電管の軸方向に複数枚
配設される支持板と、この支持板の三方に進退自
在に合されて前記放電管の軸心出しをする調整用
ネジと、この調整用ネジの一部を覆つて前記放電
管を巻く固定バンドと、前記支持板の三方の内の
一方から前記固定バンドを締付け固定するバンド
固定ネジとを具備することを特徴とする放電管の
支持装置。
