Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable stable taking out of a specified concentration of a medium to be treated as distillate by providing a controller to adjust a flow rate of a medium to be heated in an absorber based on temperature in an evaporator. CONSTITUTION: At the start of operation, when steam as medium to be treated begins to be supplied to a heater 15 and a heat supplying device 16 from a rectifying column 1, as temperature in an evaporator 5 is lower than a set temperature, receiving a signal from a sensor S a controller works to fully close a connection path of mixing valves V1 and V2 with the side of a flash tank 35 and a motor of a pump 38 is rotated at a low speed. As a result, water in a device 18 to be heated is heated and rises in temperature by heat as generated when an absorbing solution to be scattered in an absorber 6 absorbs a gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator 5. Then, when the detected temperature of the sensor S slightly exceeds a set temperature of the controller C, the discharge of the pump 38 and the travels of the mixing valves V1 and V2 undergo a PID control to increase the discharge thereof. This enables the stabilization of the operation of an absorption heat pump 2 to relax temperature hunting of a drain of the medium to be treated flowing out from a heater 15 as well.
