交換装置において、前記内線通話路が話中である

出手段と、前記内線通話路が話中か否かを判定す
る判定手段と、標準電話機のドアホン応答時に前
記判定手段の話中出力に基づいて前記音声メツセ
ージ送出手段を起動することを特徴とする電話交
