- サイクロトロンの加速箱を収納する真空領域構
造において、対向しているヨークのリターン部分
は接合面を真空封止状態で接触せしめてあり、励
磁コイル収納用の環状溝の開放面をシールリング
で真空封止して構成したことを特徴とするサイク
ロトロンの真空領域構造。
