ルタにおいて、前記結合子穴の内壁の開放面側の
部分にも導体膜を形成すると共に、誘電体ブロツ
クの開放面に両側面の導体膜と結合子穴内壁の導
体膜との間を接続する帯状の導体パターンを形成
