ヒーター、１０はタイマー装置、１１は脚、１２
はサーモスタツト、１０ｃはタイマー接点、１２
ａはサーモスタツト接点である。尚、図中に於い
て、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

煙孔を穿設した電気燻煙製機において、燻材チツ
プを加熱して燻煙を発生せしめる為の燻煙ヒータ
ーと、燻煙室加熱用ヒーターとをそれぞれ独立し
て設置するとともに、サーモスタツトにより燻煙
室加熱用ヒーターを制御して燻煙室内部の温度を
所定値に制御するようにしたことを特徴とする電
気燻製機。 (2) 燻煙室加熱用ヒーターにサーモスタツト接
点を直列に接続し、上記燻煙室加熱用ヒーターと
サーモスタツト接点よりなる直列回路に、燻煙ヒ
ーターを並列に接続し、これら並列回路に電源に
対してタイマー接点を直列に接続してなる実用新
