Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は複数個の単電池を接続した群電池の電
池固定に関する。
従来、円筒密閉形ニツケルカドミウム蓄電池等
の単電池にニツケルリード片をスポツト溶接して
複数個直列に接続後、これに熱収縮チユーブをか
ぶせたり、プラスチツクケースに入れたりして群
電池を構成しているが、該群電池を機器に取付け
るためには第１図、２図に示すように金属あるい
はプラスチツク等からなる電池押え１を用いて群
電池２を押えて機器３にビス４取めにより固定し
ていた。この固定方法だと群電池２と電池押え１
がそれぞれ別々になつているため、取付け作業の
能率が悪い等の欠点があつた。
本考案は上記欠点を除去するもので、図面につ
いてこれを説明する。
複数個の単電池を直列に接続したものに熱収縮
チユーブをかぶせる前にプラスチツク板状の電池
固定板５を電池に取付けた後熱収縮チユーブ６
（あるいはプラスチツクケース）により、電池と
電池固定板５とを固定するものである。７は群電
池である。従つて群電池７を機器に固定するには
群電池７に固定せる電池固定板５をビス４止めす
ればよい。
以上のように、従来群電池を機器に取付る為に
は、群電池、電池押え、ビスの３点を組合せて取
付けていたものが、本考案では群電池に固定せる
電池固定板とネジの２点を用いれば取付可能であ
り、群電池の取付作業能率が大巾に向上する等実
用的価値大である。

第１図は従来の群電池の固定状態平面図、第２
図は同じく正面図、第３図は本考案の群電池の固
定状態平面図、第４図は同じく正面図である。 ４はビス、５は電池固定板、６は熱収縮チユー
ブ、７は群電池。

  1. 複数個の単電池を接続した群電池において、電
    池固定板を群電池の外装である熱収縮性チユーブ
    や電池ケースの内側に固定せしめてなる群電池。
