Abstract
PURPOSE:To mold a honeycomb core made of a premeable material, by a method wherein a filling line of a predetermined width is formed on the permeable material in a sheet-like state, the honeycomb core is formed by superposing a predetermined number of the permeable materials upon each other so that adhesive agent layers formed on the filling line are situated by sliding alternately pitch by pitch, cut off in every predetermined length and spread. CONSTITUTION:Filling lines 3, 3... are formed of a filling agent 13 by applying the filling agent 13 onto a permeable material 2 linearly in a predetermined width at every predetermined pitch P and cured. Then an adhesive agent 14 is applied to the filling lines 3 of the permeable material 2, which are situated alternately, in the same width as that of the filling line 3. Then a honeycomb core 5 in an unstretched state is formed by superposing the predetermined number of permeable materials 2, 2..., where adhesive agent layers 4, 4... have been formed, upon one another in order so that the adhesive agent layer 4 of the one side permeable material 2 corresponds to and abuts against the filling line 3 of the other permeable material 2. Then a honeycomb core 1 where it possesses a desired height in an axial direction of a cell 6 and the cells 6, 6... each show nearly regular hexagons can be molded by spreading the honecomb core 5 in a spreading direction W after cutting-off of each place at a predetermined length.
