PURPOSE:To obtain the strength, flexibility, uniform electric resistance, and advantageous continuous production and production yield by three-dimensionally and uniformly mixing the preset quantity of metal fibers with the preset size via thermoplastic synthetic resin. They are sent to a rotary cutter 4 via pressurization belt conveyors 3 and cut at the length of 15-150mm. The cut fibers are dispersed and mixed in three-dimensional directions in a uniform mixing device 5 with a blower. They are then stacked on a conveyor 6 to the required thickness and formed into a sheet shape in a heating roll zone 7. The strength, flexibility, uniform electric resistance, and advantageous continuous production and production yield are obtained accordingly.
