られ、前記シフトレバーの側部に前記デイテント
ピンが選択的に位置する走行ポジシヨンと停止ポ
ジシヨンとが形成されたデイテントプレートが配
設され、前記停止ポジシヨンにはデイテントピン
が係合する受容凹部が形成された構造において、
前記シフトレバーの上部に手動スイツチが配設さ
れる一方シフトレバーの下部に前記デイテントピ
ンを受容凹部内に係合支持し、かつ解離駆動する
アクチユエータが設けられるとともに、少なくと
も前記手動スイツチの操作とブレーキペダルの踏
込操作とに基づいて前記アクチユエータの駆動を
制御する制御手段が設けられたことを特徴とする
