Abstract

PURPOSE: To attempt space saving and make connection operation easier by designing multiple liquid passages in main pipe joint, and arranging multiple connectable sub-pipe joints which are mutually reversible in these liquid passages. CONSTITUTION: A necessary number of sub-pipe joints 14 are connected to the main pipe joint. Namely, the projections 72a, 72b, 74a, 74b of the sub-pipe joint 14 are engaged with reverse movement to claws 32a, 32b of the main body 20 which constitutes the main pipe joint 12. By this manner, the third stage 66 of sub-pipe joint 14a is inserted into the third passage 80 of the sub-pipe joint 14 inserted into the main pipe joint 12. And, while the sub-pipe joint 14a is pressed towards the sub-pipe joint 14 in axial direction, the second stage 64 and the first stage 62 are engaged with the sub-pipe joint 14. Under this condition, while reversing the main body 60 of the sub-pipe joint 14a, each of the projections 72a, 72b, 74a, and 74b is engaged with claws 96a, 96b.
