Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress lubricating oil from its outflow to the outside by constituting a bearing hole of a shaft supporting part, supporting a rotary shaft, and a clearance part, which is successively formed to the shaft supporting part having a bore size larger than that of the shaft supporting part, and forming the clearance part rougher than the shaft supporting part. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical bearing main unit 1 of sintered alloy forms in its inside a bearing hole 3 for a rotary shaft 2 to be inserted. The bearing hole 3 forms a shaft supporting part 3a supporting the rotary shaft 2, size spread part (clearance part) 3b successively formed to the shaft supporting part 3a further spreading a bore size toward the outer and a chamfered part 3c. The clearance part 3b is formed rougher than the shaft supporting part 3a. The rotary shaft 2 is smoothly rotated by lubricating oil with which the bearing main unit 1 is impregnated, but an outflow of the lubricating oil from the rotary shaft 2 is absorbed again into the bearing main unit 1 from the clearance part 3b formed rougher than the shaft supporting part 3a. Accordingly, suppressing the outflow of the lubricating oil to the outside, the bearing main unit can be used over a long period.
