Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to readily carry out packing of respective cut pieces of bean curd, etc., by providing bean curd channels, a mobile plate, etc., cutting long bean curd into plural pieces and keeping a given interval between the respective cut pieces which are being moved. CONSTITUTION:Long bean curd is cut so as to provide respective specific sizes and the respective cut pieces are packed and arranged at a given interval for filling each cut piece in a pack. The long bean curd is placed in front of bean curd channels 20 having partition plates 12 to provide mutually approach at the front end and separate at a given interval at the back end and then moved backward by a mobile plate 53. Thereby the long bean curd is cut to a size of the mutual interval by blades 18 at the front end of the respective partition plates 12. The respective cut pieces of the bean curd are moved along the respective partition plates 12 of the bean curd channels 20 to have the given interval at the back end of the bean curd channels 20. The mobile plate 52 has a width close to the interval of the partition plates 12 and is capable of sliding in the transverse direction to the moving direction.
