According to the inventors' research, commercially available breads are cooked in a short time using high radiant energy, so that only the surface of the bread is burnt and sufficient moisture remains inside, so that when the bread is eaten, I found that it had a crisp texture and at the same time had a soft interior, making it extremely delicious. In addition, by gradually cooking cakes such as cupcakes and madeleines using low radiation energy, the charring on the surface and the scattering of moisture from the inside progress while maintaining a balance, making the surface and inside uniform. It turns out that you can get a delicious and puffy cake.

As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional heating cooker has a heating chamber formed by an outer tank 4, an inner tank 3, and a window glass 6, an outer tube 1 made of glass ceramics, and a coil-shaped tube inserted inside the outer tube 1. In this configuration, an upper heater A and a lower heater B, each composed of a heating wire 2, are arranged one above the other, and a mesh 5 is provided between the upper and lower heaters A and B. Note that 7 is a handle provided on the mounting frame 6A of the window glass 6, and 9 is a leg provided on the outer tank 4.

This heating cooker is used to cook bread 8 placed on a grid 5.
can be melted relatively well with the radiant energy from heaters A and B, but when it comes to cakes such as cupcakes, the food itself is considerably taller than bread, and the surface of the cake is heated by the upper heater A.
At the same time, due to the fact that it is inherently high radiation heating, only the surface was burnt, making it impossible to cook cakes.

Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to successfully cook breads and the like that are short and require relatively strong heat to cook in a short time, and cakes and the like that are tall and require relatively low heat to cook for a long time. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electric heating cooker that can be used.

A heating cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 2 to 7. In the figure, 4' is an outer tank, and 3' is an inner tank. A′ is an upper heater, and a heating element including an outer tube 1 made of glass ceramics and a coiled heating wire 2 is provided on an upper heater frame 13 to which a chevron-shaped reflection plate 11 is attached, and the upper heater frame 13 is supported. stick 1
It is installed at 0. In addition, a pair of guide shafts 15 are provided upright on both sides of the net 5, which is the place for placing the food to be cooked. stick 1
0 is raised and lowered parallel to the net 5 along a pair of guide shafts 15. As a result, support rod 1
As the support rod 10 moves up and down, the upper heater frame 13 attached to the upper heater frame 13 and therefore the upper heater A' move up and down parallel to the net 5, thereby increasing the heating of the food to be cooked by the upper heater A'. This can always be done uniformly regardless of the position of heater A'. Note that a portion 3'a of the inner tank 3' serves as a reflector for the lower heater B'.

When cooking bread, follow the instructions in Figures 2 and 3.
As shown in the figure, lower the upper heater A'. At this time, the button 16 of the contact changeover switch 18 fixed to the mounting portion 17 pops out, resulting in the connection state shown in FIG. 6 (parallel connection of upper heater A' and lower heater B').

On the other hand, when cooking cakes, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the upper heater A' is raised (the raising means is not shown), and the cake 8' set on the saucer 12 is placed on the mesh 5. Put it on. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, one end of the support rod 10 pushes the button 16 of the contact changeover switch 18, resulting in the connection state shown in FIG. 7 (serial connection of upper heater A' and lower heater B').

As a result of this configuration, when cooking bread, the upper heater A' approaches the loaf of bread 8 and the upper heater A' and lower heater B' are connected in parallel, so that full power is applied. Therefore, high radiation heating is performed, and cooking can be performed in a short time, and the bread 8 can be baked deliciously. In addition, when cooking cakes, upper heater A' moves away from cake 8' and upper heater A' moves away from cake 8'.
A' and lower heater B' are connected in series, and 1/4 of the total power is generated.
is applied. Therefore, since the radiation heating is low, the internal moisture is gradually dispersed, and the surface is gradually burnt, so that a cake 8' with a preferable finish can be obtained. Furthermore, since the heating power can be adjusted in conjunction with the raising and lowering of the upper heater A', the operation is simple, and switching between high radiation heating and low radiation heating can be easily performed, and the range of menus can be expanded. Furthermore, in the case of bread, etc., the upper heater A' is closer to the food to be cooked than in the conventional example, which improves heating efficiency and saves energy.

As mentioned above, the electric heating cooker of this invention is
The upper heater frame constituting the upper heater is attached to a support rod, and guide holes provided at both ends of the support rod are passed through the guide shaft, so that the entire upper heater can be raised and lowered parallel to the food to be cooked. and by lowering the upper heater, a contact changeover switch fixed to a mounting part is interlocked to connect the upper heater and the lower heater in parallel, applying full power, and raising the upper heater. The structure is such that one end of the support rod interlocks the contact changeover switch to connect the upper heater and the lower heater in series and applies 1/4 of the total power, so it is short and relatively strong. Raise the upper heater A' or A simple operation of just lowering it has the effect of allowing you to heat it according to your cooking needs.
