内部に形成された容積変化可能な第1および第2
室と、該第1、第2室を連通するように軸部材の
外周面と外筒の内周面との間に設けられた連通室
と、該第1、第2室および連通室に封入された高
粘度の粘性体と、外筒と軸部材間の相対運動に追
随して連通室内を変位し、該粘性体に相対運動を
規制する方向の剪断応力を発生させる変位部材と
