比較的軟らかい毛８で被われた他のブラツシロー

向に回転させるようにすると共に、前記各ロール
２，３間の上方位置には下向きの毛１９を部分的
に切除することにより下端面に凸部２０と凹部２
１が長手方向に沿つて交互に形成されてなる細長
状の付加ブラツシ１７を設け、前記凸部２０箇所
では各ローラ２，３によりこれら相互間を入口か
ら出口に向けて送られつつある果菜類ｗに対し該
凸部２０の毛１９先が比較的強く当接するものと
なり、これに対し凹部２１箇所では該果菜類ｗに
対し凹部２１の毛１９先が比較的弱く当接するか
、若しくは当接しないものとなる作用が繰り返さ
れるようになされていることを特徴とする果菜類
