プの奥部内へ摺動自在に嵌合させた周壁１４上端
に頂板１３を設けて、内部に化粧料１２を充填さ
せたドラム１１とからなり、上記キヤツプの頂壁
に、頂壁外周部９を残して透孔１０を穿設すると
共に、上記ドラム周壁の下端部を大内径部１５と
して該大内径部内へ上記筒状本体の上端筒部を強
制引抜き可能に堅嵌めさせ、かつキヤツプ周壁の
下端部内面に、上記ドラムの周壁外径と内径ない
し小内径で、強制押込みによりドラムを通過させ
ることの可能な突条７ａを周設し、かつ該突条に
接する突条の上方のキヤツプ周壁内面部分に、ド
ラム周壁１４の挾持手段を付設したことを特徴と
