Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element 6 is fixed in such a way that it is held from both sides between a metal fitting 7 fixed on a moving stage 5 for a diffraction grating and a metal fitting 8 fixed on a base plate stage 4, and expanded and contracted in the groove distance forwarding direction. When no expansion and contraction exists, the base plate stage 4 integrally moves with the moving stage 5 for the diffraction grating.
